Dear Mr. Ogle:
This letter is in regards to the Pawnee Waste LLC E&P Landfill USR application that is being submitted to
Weld County for review on the Northeast Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section
13, Township 10 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. in Weld County, Colorado. The applicant and
landowner for the project is Pawnee Waste LLC. For purposes of processing this application, I am
authorizing Jane Witheridge to sign the application on behalf of Pawnee Waste LLC and I would like Pam
Hora with Tetra Tech to be the designated point of contact for all communications about the
application.
