Bids were received and opened on November 17, 2016 for bid B1600173 PS EMC
VPlex and Unity. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $521,869.58 to
$546,321.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Public Safety Information Technology and Weld County Information Technology
staffs have reviewed all of the bid responses. Global Technology Resources Inc. from
Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $521,869.58 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1600173 PS EMC
VPlex and Unity to Global Technology Resources Inc. for a total amount of
$521,869.58.
