RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF REPLAT OF LOTS 62 , 63, AND 64 OF THE AMENDED
FIRST REPLAT OF THE SECOND ADDITION TO HIGHLAND HILLS IN
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of April, 1977, a public hearing
was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, upon the application of Highland Hills Free Will Bap-
tist Church by and through Reverend Bob Thomas on his application
for a replat of lots 62 , 63, and 64 of the amended first replat
of the second addition to Highland Hills in Weld County, Colorado,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Borad of County Commissioners has studied the
request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Com-
mission, as submitted, and having been fully informed and satisfied
that the submitted application for a replat of the aforementioned
lots 62 , 63, and 64, conforms in all respects with the requirements
of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and that the approval
of said replat of said Lots 62 , 63, and 64 of the amended first
replat of the second addition to Highland Hills in Weld County,
Colorado, would be in the best interest of Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the replat of Lots 62 , 63,
and 64 of the amended first replat of the second addition to High-
land Hills in Weld County, Colorado (being a subdivision and part
of Section 15 in Township 5 North of Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
in Weld County, Colorado) be and hereby is approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
April, A.D. , 1977.

be recommended (favorably) tigyptginkka to the Board of County Commissioners
for the following reasons:
1. The City of Greeley Planning Commission has indicated the City has no
objections to the granting of this replat request .
2. The request complies with the provisions of Section 6-4(A) (1) of the
Weld County Subdivision REgulations in that :
A. No new lots are being created,
B. Drainage easements and rights-of-way reserved for drainage are not
being changed,
C. Street locations and street rights-of-way are not being changed, and
D. The plat is not being altered in any way which will adversely affect
the character of the plat filed.
3. The Weld County Utilities Advisory Board on July 15, 1976 recommended
approval for this replat upon reviewing the letters submitted from the
appropriate utility companies all of which indicated they had no
objections to the vacation of the 10' utility easement on the north side
of Lot 62 and the south sides of Lots 63 and 64.

We have no main in these easements at the present and
cannot foresee a need of any in the future.

Dear Ken:
The Planning Commission at its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 22, 1977
recommended approval of a proposed replat of Lots 62, 63 and 64, Block 1,
Highland Hills Second Addition. It was agreed that access should be re-
stricted from 62nd Avenue. In addition, it is noted that site plans should
consider City off-street parking standards (1 space for each 4 seats) for
proposed church use and any expansion anticipated in the future.

Subject: Accesses to Proposed Lot #62 61k 19
First Replat of Second Addition to Highland Hills
This office would request a different design be submitted showing
no access at the extreme North West corner of the proposed Lot 62 .
An acces_, at said North West corner would cause a traffic hazard .
As for 35 parking spaces being adequate in this case , it is my
opinion that the City of Greeley should have a chance to comment
on this . Using 3 people per car as a guide , I would think with
some street parking 35 spaces would be sufficient for the present
time .
