2016 Employee Recognition - December 14, 2016

Please find the attached memo regarding the annual employee recognition, which is scheduled for Wednesday,
December 14, during the Commissioner's meeting at 9:00 a.m. in the Assembly Room of the Administration Building
(1150 O Street).
Please remember that it is the responsibility of each Department Head/Elected Official to notify the employees within
their respective department who will be receiving a pin. As always, it is the employee's choice to attend the meeting.
Please review the attached list of names for accuracy, and notify me via return email ASAP if you determine that
modifications are necessary (missing employee from the list, employee listed who shouldn't be, misspelled names, etc.).
Also, if you will not be able to attend on this date to present the pins to your respective employees, please advise so that
our office can make other arrangements.
