Please be advised that on June 17, 2016, Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc., whose address and telephone
number are P.O. Box 299, Loveland, CO 80539-0229, (970)-667-2680, submitted a request for partial
acreage release for the Green/Croissant Property Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-2001-022. The
construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 5N, Range 67W, 06
Principal Meridian, in Weld County.
