RE: CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ15-0003, FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT
TO THE 1-3 (INDUSTRIAL) ZONE DISTRICT-WES MOSER, INC
A public hearing was conducted on February 17, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Steve Moreno
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 14, 2016, and duly published
January 19, 2016, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Wes Moser, Inc., for a Change of Zone, COZ15-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to
the 1-3 (Industrial) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of
record.
la Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, explained the need for the continuance
as the case was unable to be presented to Planning Commission on February 2, 2016, because
of County closure due to inclement weather. This application has been rescheduled to be heard
at Planning Commission on February 23, 2016; therefore, staff is requesting the case be
continued to March 9, 2016, to allow the applicant to present to Planning Commission.

E Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Wes Moser, Inc., for a Change
of Zone, COZ15-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the 1-3 (Industrial) Zone District,
to March 9, 2016, to allow the applicant to present at Planning Commission. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Moreno, and it carried unanimously. There being no further
discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:41 a.m.
