About the
► Certarus, Ltd has entered into an agreement with Cannon Land Company to
lease an approximately 10 acres of land zoned A (Agriculture) for the purposes
of constructing and operating a new compressed natural gas (CNG) fill station.
► A new access road off of WCR 22 will be constructed to service the site.
► A Subdivision Exemption will be processed along with this USR application in
order to create the lot for the facility.
► The new CNG station is located near to the Anadarko Fort Lupton Station
Compressor Station, Lancaster Cryogenic Plant, and other oil and gas support
service facilities (USR-1291, SUP-211AM2, USR-1002AM3, USR12-0023,
MUSR14-0010).
► Certarus will utilize the proposed CNG Fill Station to fill its bulk Titan trailers to
deliver fuel to its customers. CNG with this platform provides the same power
and mobility as diesel; however it reduces the cost and emissions.
