Good morning Kim,
NGL Water Solutions DJ does indeed own 100% of Grassland Water Solutions LLC.
NGL became a minority interest owner in Grassland on June 9, 2014. As of June 3, 2016, NGL purchased the
remaining interest in Grassland to become the 100% owner of the company. This was done through a
Membership Interest Purchase and Sale Agreement through which NGL now owns 100% of the units in the
limited liability company. The company continues to be Grassland Water Solutions LLC, but the ownership in
that company now vests 100% in NGL.
Because this was just a transfer of ownership units, there was no documentation filed of record.

Hello and good morning,
I am reaching out to you to determine if NGL Water Solutions DJ or one of their entities has acquired 100% of
the Grassland Water Solutions LLC facility located east of and adjacent to CR 95 and south of and adjacent to
CR 118 Section Line in Weld County Colorado. Review of the Recorders electronic file of recorded documents
appears to not reflect this action. Please advise.
