Conway, Pro-Tern Commissioner Julie A. Cozad Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer IF Commissioner Steve Moreno Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Tisa Juanicorena County Attorney, Bruce Barker Planning Services Department representative, Diana Aungst Planning Services Engineer representative, Wayne Howard Health Department representative, Lauren Light The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 20, 2015, and duly published November 25, 2015, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of David and Holly Novak, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0055, for one (1) single-family dwelling unit per lot other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A(second single-family dwelling unit) in the A (Agricultural)Zone District. Bob Choate. Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. ▪ Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, explained the need for the continuance as the case was unable to be presented to Planning Commission on December 15, 2015, because of County closure due to inclement weather. This application has been rescheduled to be heard at Planning Commission on January 12, 2016; therefore, staff is requesting the case be continued to January 27, 2016, to allow the applicant to present to Planning Commission. In response to Chair Pro-Tern Conway, Ms. Aungst stated the applicant is aware of the circumstances and is not present. • No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. • Commissioner Moreno moved to continue the request of David and Holly Novak, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0055, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0055, for one (1) single-family dwelling unit per lot other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A (second single-family dwelling unit) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to allow the applicant to present at Planning 2016-0097 a.c,.. CA-LPL(1-1-(-`39-1 5 PL2392 HEARING CERTIFICATION - DAVID AND HOLLY NOVAK (USR15-0055) PAGE 2 Commission. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Cozad, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:07 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 18th day of January, 2016.
