RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE FAMILIES, YOUTH, AND CHILDREN
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Families, Youth, and Children Commission,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable, to appoint
Kregg Wallace to said commission as the Attorney representative replacing Joseph Bodine,
with a term to expire December 31, 2018, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable, to appoint
Chelsae Ziemer to said commission, as the Probation representative completing the term for
Paola Garcia, with a term to expire December 31, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Kregg Wallace, and Chelsae Ziemer be, and hereby, are
appointed to the Families, Youth, and Children Commission.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of March, A.D., 2016.
