RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JONATHAN KEY TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jonathan Key be appointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jonathan Key to said board, with a
term to expire July 31, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jonathan Key be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Adjustment,
with a term to expire July 31, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of June, A.D., 2016.
