Dear Sir or Madam,
On January 19, 1972 the Weld County Board of County Commissioners
executed an extension rider with Union Pacific Railroad Company.
See copy attached.
In reviewing our files I have been unable to locate the original
lease of August 10, 1922 or any maps showing the various locations
covered in this lease. I would greatly appreciate it if you could
send me a copy of this lease and related maps showing your right-
of-way covered in said lease.

In accordance with your request, I attach a copy of Agreement C.D. No. 5253
dated August 10, 1922. We have only one set of exhibit prints, but the area in-
volved is described by metes and bounds in the agreement itself.
