Town of Windsor.

APPLICATION FOR DISCONNECTION
TOWN OF WINDSOR, being the owner of the real property described in the attached Exhibit A
("Property"), incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth fully, and pursuant to C.R.S. §
31-12-501, et. seq., hereby applies to the Town of Windsor for the adoption of an ordinance
disconnecting the Property from the Town's corporate limits.
I hereby assert that disconnection of the Property as requested will not prejudice the best
interests of the Town.
