Bayswater Exploration & Production, LLC has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement effective July
1, 2016 with Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC to sell its leasehold described above. The oil and gas lease provides that we
obtain written consent to assign the lease, which consent shall not be unreasonably refused. Upon receipt of a signed
consent to assign from you, we intend to make an assignment to Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC, 370 17th Street, Suite
5300 Denver, CO 80202.
