the following vendors. All vendors indicated were the low bidder for the items except where noted.

Items 1-23—US Standard Signs was the lowest bidder. However,they require a minimum order/shipment of
$3,000. We cannot guarantee all orders will meet this dollar amount. Therefore, the second low bidder,
Vulcan Aluminum,was chosen as they do not have a minimum requirement.
Item 47—Lightle Enterprises of Ohio was the lowest bidder. However,the channel drums they bid do not meet
specs as there is no locking base. Therefore,the second low bidder,Road Side Supplies,was chosen.
