Subrecipient shall perform the activities listed Grantee's Amended Contract Budget as listed below, which is incorporated by reference herein in accordance with the provisions of the Original Contract. This modification is to specify the change in generator size for this project from a 20 KW generator, as listed in the original grant agreement, to a 45 KW generator. In addition, the following budget allocations have been modified: the Total Award Amount has been modified by ($7,787.88) to $27,696.00; the Federal Share has been modified by ($6,675.75) to $23,739.00; the State Share has been modified by ($1,112.13) to $3,957.00; the Local Share has been modified by $7,823.87 to $12,893.00; and the Total Project amount has been modified by $36.00 to $40,589.00. The maximum amount payable by the State for performance of this Award Letter is decreased to $27,696.00 and the maximum amount of local matching funds, if applicable, is increased $12,893.00. 3) Initial Term Extension. The termination date specified in §5(A) of the Grant remains the same. 4) Effective Date. The effective date hereof is upon approval of the State Controller. 5) Additional Requirements.
