Bids were received and opened on November 17, 2016 for bid B1600174 PS UCS, MDS,
Nexus. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $307,477.00 to $314,160.58.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Public Safety Information Technology and Weld County Information Technology
staffs have reviewed all of the bid responses. Sentinel Technologies from Centennial,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $307,477.00 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1600174 PS UCS, MDS,
Nexus to Sentinel Technologies for a total amount of $307,477.00.
