HomeMy WebLinkAbout750668.tiff RESOLUTION WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a certain tract of land, being the property of Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company, and more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the North Half (N4) of Section 18, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being further described as follows: Commencing at the North Quarter Corner (Ni Cor) of said Section 18 and considering the North Line of said Section 18 to bear North 89°59'50" East and with all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto; Thence South 00°00'10" East, 30. 00 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of County road number 58, said point also being the true point of beginning; Thence North 89°59'50" East along the South Right-of-Way line of said County road number 58, 1057. 60 feet; Thence South 00°14'43" East, 741. 36 feet to a point on the North line of the Boomerang Lateral Ditch; Thence along the North line of said Boomerang Lateral Ditch by the following six (6) bearings and distances: 1. North 45°40'48" West, 214. 09 feet; 2. North 60°51'34" West, 100. 17 feet; 3. North 84°24'39" West, 115. 67 feet; 4. South 86°42'26" West, 113. 50 feet; 5. South 70°47'52" West, 67. 97 feet; 6.
