RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ15-0004, FROM THE
PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - RONALD BIRGENHEIER AND LEE
BIRGENHEIER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 24th day of
February, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Ronald and Lee Birgenheier, 9100 CR 59, Sterling, CO 80751, for a Change of
Zone, COZ15-0004, from the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District to the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Being part of the NW1/4 and the NE1/4 of
Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to March 30, 2016, to
allow for consideration by the Planning Commission at a hearing, which was continued to
February 23, 2016, as a result of a County closure due to inclement weather.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 30, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
