RE: APPROVE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN BROKERS AND DEALERS FOR HANDLING
THE INVESTMENT TRANSACTIONS OF THE FUNDS OF WELD COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 24-75-601.1 (2.3), C.R.S., the Weld County Treasurer
has requested authorization for the brokers and dealers who will be investing Weld County funds,
in accordance with the statutory requirements set forth in Section 24-75-601.1(1), C.R.S., and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it in
the best interest of Weld County to update those resolutions and hereby designate the following
brokers and dealers for investment of the funds of Weld County:
