RE: APPRECIATION OF SERVICES RENDERED TO RICHARD FENNELLY, MEMBER
OF WELD COUNTY UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Richard Fennelly has served continuously on this
Committee with distinction and by his wise counsel has contri-
buted greatly in public service to the County as a Member of
said Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby
express its appreciation to Richard Fennelly for his faithful
service rendered, having been most beneficial to the Board of
County Commissioners and to the taxpayers of Weld County.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
