Conway, Pro-Tem - EXCUSED Commissioner Julie A. Cozad, Pro-Tem Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer Commissioner Steve Moreno Also present: Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Bob Choate Planning Services Department representative, Kim Ogle The following business was transacted: El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 22, 2016, and duly published July 27, 2016, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Matthew and Heather Young, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR16-0020, for any use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (storage and fabrication of materials, including steel pipe) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, presented the applicant's request to continue to September 14, 2016, when he can be present. e No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. e Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Matthew and Heather Young, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR16-0020, for any use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (storage and fabrication of materials, including steel pipe) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed 0it : P[, NL 9-a9-atrb 2016-2679 PL2437 HEARING CERTIFICATION - MATTHEW AND HEATHER YOUNG (USR16-0020) PAGE 2 prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to September 14, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Moreno, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:05 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 7th day of September, 2016.
