Good morning, Diana... Please see Ms. Woodward's response below regarding the meeting they had at their
house with the Hudson Fire Department. HFD was evidently able to draw water from the Beebe Creek and is
satisfied with using that as a source of fire protection water for this project. As soon as we receive the letter
from the HFD (hopefully today, as Ms. Woodward notes below), I'll make sure I get a copy to you for the
project files. Thanks!!

Hello.
The fire department did come out and determined that they were able to draw water from the Beebe
Creek. They seem to be OK with that source. They have told us they will write a letter which will also have to be
approved by their Chief. We are expecting to get that from them Tuesday. If we get it early enough in the day
we will send a copy to you, otherwise we will bring a copy with us when we come on Wednesday.

1. The Woodward's have had SEVERAL conversations with the Hudson Fire Departments since the Planning
Commission Public Hearing, as requested by the Planning Commission. I've cc'd Mr. & Mrs. Woodward on
this email so they can provide you with even more detail about those discussions. I believe they actually
met at the site and at their house THIS PAST WEEKEND. The HFD was determining if they were able to
get their pumper truck to draw emergency water from Beebe Creek behind their house. I do not know the
results of that test; however, I'm sure the Woodward's do. More soon... See you Wednesday morning.
