RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, SUP -128 - SILICON RANCH CORPORATION WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 29, 1971, the Board approved Use by Special Review Permit, SUP -128, for a Turkey Farm Operation for Mile High Turkey Hatchery, Inc., c/o Sam Pluss, Jr., on the following described real estate, to -wit: W1/2 of Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Silicon Ranch Corporation, 150 Third Avenue South, Suite 2000, Nashville, TN 37201, to vacate said Use by Special Review Permit, SUP -128, to satisfy a Condition of Approval of USR16-0022 for a solar facility recently permitted on the property, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Use by Special Review Permit, SUP -128, be, and hereby is, vacated.
