Section 14: S'/2SY2 Section 15: S'/25Y2 Section 22: N'/2N'/2 Section 23: N'.N1/2 Wel!bore Spacing Unit ("WSU") Nos. 9 and 2 Anschutz State 5-62-22-0108B2B Well Anschutz State 5-62-22-0108C2B Well APPLICATION On May 19, 2016, Bill Barrett Corporation (`BBC" or "Applicant"), Operator No. 10071 filed a verified application pursuant to §34-60-116, C.R.S., for an order to: 1) Pool all interests in two approximate 640 -acre horizontal wellbore spacing units, established for the Application Lands, for the development and operation of the Niobrara Formation; and 2) Subject any nonconsenting interests to the cost recovery provisions of §34-60- 116(7), C.R.S., effective as of the earlier of the date of the Application, or the date that any of the costs specified in §34-60-116(7)(b), C.R.S.. were first incurred for the drilling of the Anschutz State 5-62-22-0108B2B Well (API No. 05-123-42124) (WSU #1) and the Anschutz State 5-62-22-0108C2B Well (API No. 05-123-42125) (WSU #2) ("Wells").
