RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS FROM HILL-N-PARK INTO THE COUNTY ROAD
SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Hill-N-Park, 1st and 2nd filing, Part of Section 26 ,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. , being more
particularly described as follows :
1st filing:
A lot known as "Park" in Hill-N-Park First Filing, a
subdivision of Weld County, Colorado, being a part of
the South Half (5z) of Section 26, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner (SW Cor.) of said
Section 26, and considering the South line of said
Section 26 as bearing North 89°38'00" East, with
all other hearings contained herein being relative
thereto;
Thence North 89°38'00" East along the South line
of Section 26, 1,839.67 feet to the Southwest
Corner of Hill-N-Park Subdivision as recoLded in
the records of Weld County, Colorado: Thence
North 00°22'00" West along the West line of said
Hill-N-Park Subdivision 410.00 feet; Thence North
89°38'00" Fast, 180.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;

That Hill-N-Park, Inc. being the sole owner in fee of
Hill-N-Park second filing, a subdivision in Weld County,
Colorado located in the South Half (Si) of Section 26,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West in the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Weld County, Colorado and being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner (SW Cor.) of said
Section 26 and considering the South line of said
Section 26 to bear North 89°38'00" East and with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence North 89°38'00" Fast, along the South line of
the South Half (51/2) of said Section 26, 2,839.51 feet
to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence along the East line of Hill-N-Park subdivision by
following ten (10) courses and distances:

Along the arc of a circular curve to the left having a

corner of said Hill-N-Park subdivision;

Thence South 67°59'20" East, 537.00 feet;

Thence South 06°03'12" East, 857.77 feet to a point on
the South Half (5i) Line of said Section 26;
Thence South 89°38°00" West, along the South line of the
South Half (5a) of said Section 26, 1,440.07 feet to the
point of beginning.
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of March, 1972 , a Resolution was
passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado to release the subdivision bond covering street improv-
ments in the 2nd filing of Hill-N-Park, and
WHEREAS, a representative of the Weld County Department
of Engineering Services has recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that all streets in
Hill-N-Park, 1st and 2nd filings , be accepted for maintenance
and added to the Weld County Road system as paved streets .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the roads and streets
in Hill-N-Park, 1st and 2nd filings be, and hereby are, accepted
into the County Road System for maintenance as paved streets .

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
July, A.D. , 1978 , nunc pro tunc, March 1, 1972 .
