WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Hill-N-Park, 1st and 2nd filing, Part of Section 26 , Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. , being more particularly described as follows : 1st filing: A lot known as "Park" in Hill-N-Park First Filing, a subdivision of Weld County, Colorado, being a part of the South Half (5z) of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner (SW Cor.) of said Section 26, and considering the South line of said Section 26 as bearing North 89°38'00" East, with all other hearings contained herein being relative thereto; Thence North 89°38'00" East along the South line of Section 26, 1,839.67 feet to the Southwest Corner of Hill-N-Park Subdivision as recoLded in the records of Weld County, Colorado: Thence North 00°22'00" West along the West line of said Hill-N-Park Subdivision 410.00 feet; Thence North 89°38'00" Fast, 180.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence North 00°22'00" West, 204.00 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 230.00 feet and whose long chord bears North 08°07'00" West, 62.03 feet; Thence North 15°22'00" West, 55.65 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 170.00 feet and whose long chord bears North 08°07'00" West, 45.85 feet; Thence North 89°38'00" East, 210.16 feet; Thence North 50°02'00" East, 59.64 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 160.00 feet and whose long chord bears South 54°59'00" Fast, 82.91 feet; Thence South 70°00'00" East, 219.05 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 180.00 feet and whose long chord bears South 87°12'10" Fast, 106.47 feet; Thence South 24°00'00" East, 42.55 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 440.00 feet and whose long chord bears South 30°30'00" East, 99.62 feet; Thence South 37°00'00" Fast, 111.13 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 380.00 feet and whose long chord bears South 73°34'50" West, 210.16 feet. WHEREAS, on the 1st day of March, 1972 , a Resolution was passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado to release the subdivision bond covering street improv- ments in the 2nd filing of Hill-N-Park, and WHEREAS, a representative of the Weld County Department of Engineering Services has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that all streets in Hill-N-Park, 1st and 2nd filings , be accepted for maintenance and added to the Weld County Road system as paved streets . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the roads and streets in Hill-N-Park, 1st and 2nd filings be, and hereby are, accepted into the County Road System for maintenance as paved streets . . • • The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of July, A.D. , 1978 , nunc pro tunc, March 1, 1972 .
