(USR) Questionnaire:
1. Trucks, trailers ( van, flat), cars, pickups, loaders, sea boxes. For storage. We might in the future
start up our old business, maybe 20 some years.

farm land — Glenn Cecil.
5. A.) They are all family members, so not sure how many times a week they will come and go.
Maybe 4 a week.
B.) No employee's Family members (4 drivers)
C.) We live there so approx. . 5 am to 11 pm Monday — Saturday.
D.) Storage in sea boxes, using them for part of fence, the shop has tools for working on loaders,
trucks, cars, and storage supplys.
E.) Dog in house, cats that roam from dairy to our place. Some day maybe get a pig or calf to
raise.
F.) Might have a semi truck or two with trailers about 6 days a week. No Idea what they weight.
G.) Galeton Fire Dept.

I.) Septic Tank for house no restroom in shop.
J.) Storage is our personal things, furniture, house hold Items for our self and our boys things.
6. There will be no landscaping. The screening will be Sides of sea boxes and tin fencing around the
shop and the proposed area.

8. When we get a substancel amount of water, it runs from the north of property to the south,
southeast corner. Most of the soaks into the ground.
9. Well to build the fence it will have to be warm, can't ding ground is frozen, but once we get start
about 2 months.
10. No associated waste.
11. A.) Fencing around the property, Steel siding, and using sea boxes to do some of the fence.
Would also like to put a leanto in the fenced area. Once the ground is not frozen we will be able to drill
holes for posts and cement them in and then begin putting siding on. The north side will have a gate to
open and close.
USR Application Question # 2 & 3
G . A. #2 : The said property already had a house on it. We are using said property
for our trailers, Semi's and misc. items. We haul our own stuff, nothing is for hire.
The previous owner had a hay grinding business and a plane on it.
#3 : I' m not sure 3 is similar as 2. The property owner to the south of us has either
hay or corn just were our property is and he uses our property that comes off of
WCR 51 onto WCR 76 into our drive then goes on the north side of house to the
east to cut, bale, and remove and then goes back out of my yard . We do not have
a problem with that. We don't have enough area to grow crops, we can put in a
few animals but have chosen not to.
Waste Management Plan
We are not planning on having any waste oil, or chemicals on said property.

We currently have road base gravel in the yard then on the outside closer to
WCR 51, 76 and south we have tried to keep the weeds mowed enough to help
with erosion and make a grassy look too it. Now the ditch is something we don't
take care of. We try to mow as close as we can .
