Subject: Request for Continuance, USR16-0020
Date: August 31. 2016 Board of County Commissioners
The Department of Planning Services received an electronic mail from Matt Young. Manager of
A+ Fence Pipe Sales, LLC on August 9, 2016 requesting a continuance of USR16-0020 as he
will be out of town on this date.
Given this condition the Department of Planning Services is requesting a continuance of this case,
USR16-0020 for A+ Fence Pipe Sales, LLC, applicant, for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit for any Use permitted as a Use by Right. an Accessory Use. or a Use
by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (storage and fabrication of
materials including steel pipe). provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded
subdivision plat or lots parts of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling
subdivisions. in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
The applicant has requested this case be continued until Wednesday September 14. 2016 for
the Board of County Commissioners hearing. On behalf of the applicant. we request your
support with this request.
