RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the need to reassign member positions exists on the Juvenile Community
Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tyler Fittz be reassigned to said board as an
Alternate Member from a Regular Member to replace Darlene Deichert, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Darlene Deichert be reassigned to said board
as a Regular Member from an Alternate Member to replace Tyler Fittz.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tyler Fittz and Darlene Deichert be, and hereby is, reassigned to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, both with terms to expire November 1, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of August, A.D., 2016.
