RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AT PRESENT PHYSICAL LOCATION OF COUNTY ROAD 49 BETWEEN COUNTY ROADS 30 AND 32 AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS - ROSE ROCK MIDSTREAM CRUDE, L.P. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed from Rose Rock Midstream Crude, L.P., commencing upon full execution, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said Quit Claim Deed; said property being described in Exhibit A, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Quit Claim Deed, for Public Right-of-Way at present physical location of County Road 49, between County Roads 30 and 32, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed for Public Right-of-Way at present physical location of County Road 49, between County Roads 30 and 32, from Rose Rock Midstream Crude, L.P., be, and hereby is, approved and accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign any necessary documents pertaining to said Quit Claim Deed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of April, A.D., 2016.
