The parcel of land is described as part of the E* of Section 14, T3N, R63W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. Said property is located one and one-half miles east and one- quarter mile south of Mead. The subject property contains 194. 393 acres of predominantly class II , III , and IV irrigated soils. The request is to split the property into parcels of 5. 00 acres and 189. 393 acres. The 5. 00 acre parcel would include the exist- ing farm improvements. There would not be an existing set of improvements on the 189 acre parcel . Mr. Sekich stated intent is to retire and retain the 5.00 acre parcel with the improvements. Additionally, Mr. Sekich intends to transfer the property to Paul and Kathy Neubauer, who desire to utilize the 189. 393 parcel for agricultural purposes only. Mr. Neubauer currently resides on County Road 52, north of Johns- town and currently has no need for an additional residence on the 189 acre parcel .
