Home My WebLink About780307.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPOINTMENT OF FRANCIS J. MYERS AND A. M. DOMINGUEZ, JR. TO SERVE AS MEMBERS ON THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, vacancies now exist on the Weld County Health Board, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com- missioners that Francis J. Myers and A. M. Dominguez, Jr. be appointed to fill said vacancies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Francis J. Myers and A. M. Dominguez, Jr. be, and they hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Health Board for terms to expire May 23, 1981. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of May, A.D. , 1978.
