RE: ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE
(TS CERT 2015-25268) FOR PARCEL #0961-21-0-00-096
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-
25268) for parcel #0961-21-0-00-096, from the Weld County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a
' copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation
of TS CERT 2015-25268, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to acknowledge the cancellation
of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-25268) for the property described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-25268), on
' parcel #0961-0-00-096, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, acknowledged.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of April, A.D., 2016.

Certificate number 2015-25268 ,pursuant to CRS I"39-10-114".l
According to the Treasurer's Tax Sale Records this property went to tax sale on October 31,2015 due to unpaid
property taxes and Special Assessment for the tax year of 2014 .
Reason for this request is as follows: An erroneous tax assessment was placed on this mobile home.
This mobile home was completely destroyed by fire. The Assessor's Office has deleted this account for the
2015 tax year.
