RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS OF VARIOUS
REPRESENTATIVES TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Matt Wagy be appointed to said board as the Fire
Department Representative, to replace Dale Lyman, with a term to expire December 31,2018,
and that Jason Baker be appointed to said board as the Electrical representative, to replace
Richard Spitler, with a term to expire December 31, 2017 and that Jerry Lemons be appointed
to said board as the Heating and Ventilation representative, to replace Marion Richter, with a
term to expire December 31, 2016.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tim Swanson be reappointed to said board
as the General Construction Experience representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2017,
and that Bill Delap be reappointed to said board as the engineer, with a term to expire
December 31, 2018, and it has been recommended that Mark Muse be reappointed to said board
as the Contractor, with a term to expire December 31, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Matt Wagy, Jason Baker, and Jerry Lemons be appointed to said Board
and that Tim Swanson, Bill Delep, and Mark Muse are reappointed to the Weld County Building
Code Board of Appeals, all with terms to expire as stated above.
