For the past six months, we have been meeting with representatives of Extraction Oil and Gas, in addition to corresponding with company representatives via email. They have shared their plans to adhere to the i,000-foot setback rule. They have also worked with District 6 representatives to mitigate concerns about traffic and student safety regarding the site. Their plans to berm, landscape and fence the site will assist with views and safety at Romero Academy. We continue meeting and corresponding with Extraction representatives as their application progresses.
