WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution dated February 9,
1976, the Weld County Communications Advisory Board was
created and members appointed thereto, and
WHEREAS, Jack West, Evans Police Department, was
appointed to serve a two year term to expire December 31,
1977; and Mr. .West has since tendered his resignation on
said Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Walter Teel,
Windsor Police Department, be appointed to fulfill the un-
expired term of Jack West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, that Walter Teel be, and he hereby is
appointed to fulfill the unexpired term of Jack West on the
Weld County Communications Advisory Board, to expire on
December 31, 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on
the 12th day of April, A.D. , 1976.
