RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LINDA KAUTZ TO WELD FAITH PARTNERSHIP
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exist on the Weld Faith Partnership Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Linda Kautz be appointed to said Board to
replace Vanna In, with a term to expire November 1, 2016, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Linda Kautz with a term to expire
November 1, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Linda Kautz, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld Faith Partnership
Council, with a term to expire November 1, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of August, A.D., 2016.
