This property is parallel to the Bull Canal, which the Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company owns. The Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company owns this portion of the ditch in fee with a deed dated August 14, 1913. Per your request, our lead field man Casey Sullivan came out and inspected your property as it related to our ditch. The trees he found were not on our ROW but rather on your property and are not an encroachment on our ROW. Further, the inspection showed that the fence, which is also near the ditch, is removable and also does not impose an encroachment for the Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company. We do not see a need to remove the trees or fence at this time. The Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company is fine with you proceeding in your county endeavors and raises no objection or concerns related to your property near our ditch.
