RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ronald Broda and Lynett DeWolf be
appointed to said board as, alternates, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ronald Broda and Lynett DeWolf to
said board, both with terms to expire August 19, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that aforementioned persons be, and hereby are, appointed to the Noxious
Weed Management Advisory Board, with their respective terms to expire on August 19, 2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of May, A.D., 2016.
