Dear Mr. Dority:
In response to your letter of November 1, 1977, it
would appear that the Weld County Home Rule Charter piro-
vision relating to limitation on annual Tax Levy is more
restrictive than the State Statutes.
The County is still required to file an adopted budget
with the Division of Local Government prior to the start
of the ensuing year.
