RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE TAX DEEDS
ON CERTAIN PARCELS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
THE SAME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer , has
requested permission to issue tax deeds on the following County
Certificates , to-wit:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to authorize Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer,
to issue tax deeds on said parcels .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, authorized to issue
tax deeds on the abovedescribed County Certificates .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board the the Chairman of
the Board of County Commissioners be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign the same.
