A public hearing was conducted on February 10, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Pro-Tern
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Steve Moreno
Also present:

Planning Services Department representative, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 31, 2015, and duly published
January 5, 2016, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of John Johnson, 18761 CR JJ, Fort Morgan, CO 80701, do Sterling Energy Investments, LLC,
1200 17th Street, Suite 2850, Denver, CO 80202, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit, USR15-0072, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities, including
Oil and Gas Support and Service (five (5) compressors) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bob
Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, entered the applicant's request that the matter
be continued to March 23, 2016, to allow the applicant time to complete the state mandated
30-day mineral notification.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Cozad moved to continue the request of John Johnson, do Sterling Energy
Investments, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR15-0072, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities, including Oil and Gas Support and
Service (five (5) compressors) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to March 23, 2016, at 10:00
a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Conway, and it carried unanimously. There
being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:15 a.m.
