RE: AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT FROM ESCROW INTO THE ROAD AND
BRIDGE FUND THE SUM OF SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHT
DOLLARS AND 36/100 ($6 ,108. 36) IN CONNECTION WITH THE
COSTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF 64TH AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, are vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held in the chambers of the
County Commissioners on July 28 , 1976 , the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, considered certain matters
relating to the development of Ken-Wil Acres , a subdivision in
the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado passed on the 9th day of August, 1976 ,
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado accepted
funds in the sum of Six Thousand One Hundred Eight Dollars and
36/100 ($6, 108. 36) to be put in escrow until the development of
64th Avenue, for the purpose of purchasing road materials for
such development, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer has requested that the sum
of Six Thousand One Hundred Eight Dollars and 36/100 ($6 , 108 . 36)
previously placed in escrow, now be placed in the Road and Bridge
Fund so that payments can be made covering all services in con-
nection with engineering work on 64th Avenue between 58th Avenue
Court and 28th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the sum of Six Thousand
One Hundred Eight Dollars and 36/100 ($6 , 108. 36) be and hereby is
directed to be transferred from the escrow account created by
the resolution of August 9th, 1976 to the Road and Bridge Fund
for the purposes as set forth in this Resolution.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
May, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 25th day of May, A.D. , 1977.
