You are receiving this notice because you have been identified as a mineral estate owner as reflected in the records of
the Weld County Assessor or a request for notification of surface development with the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder, with respect to property that is the subject of the referenced application.
You are hereby notified that on Tuesday, April 19th, 2016 at 12:30 pm in the Board Room at the Weld County
Administration Building, located at 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631 , the Weld County Planning Commission will hold
a public hearing to consider an application for approval of a use by special review application for the referenced project
on property located at 1523 WCR 31 , Fort Lupton, CO 80621 and legally described as Section 28, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. The nature of the proposed development is a vehicle storage location for
