Bids were received and opened on March 14, 2016 for Watchman G3 drives for VizVox
Video Visitation Equipment. One (1) bid was received for $46,700.00. Attached is the
bid tabulation for your information.
The VizVox Video Visitation Equipment is used in the North Jail lobby for inmate
visitors. The Information Technology staff reviewed the submitted bid by VizVox, LLC
and determined it met all the requirements.
I recommend the board award the bid for the Watchman G3 drives for VizVox Video
Visitation Equipment to VizVox, LLC for a total amount of$46,700.00.
