A public hearing was conducted on April 6. 2016. at 10: 00 a . m . , with the following present:

Commissioner Steve Moreno

The following business was transacted :
hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 5 , 2016, and duly published
February 10 , 2016, in the Greeley Tribune , a public hearing was conducted February 24 , 2016 ,
to continue the matter to March 16 . 2016, due to circumstances related to inclement weather. On
March 16 . 2016. a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Miller HFI . LLC . for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit. USR15-0073 .
73 for Mineral
Resource Development Facilities , including an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (storage
of a maximum of 85 empty frac tanks) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. at which time the Board
deemed it necessary to continue the matter to April 6 , 2016, to allow the applicant to be present
per the Board's request. On April 6, 2016 , Bob Choate , Assistant County Attorney. made this a
matter of record .
Chris Gathman , Department of Planning Services . stated the applicant could not be present
and is requesting a continuance to April 20. 2016. at 10 : 00 a . m . In response to Commissioner
Conway . Mr. Gathman confirmed that his understanding is that the applicant notified the
neighbors of the change in date . which is why they are not present today .
a No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
2 Commissioner Moreno moved to continue the request of Miller HFI , LLC , for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0073 . for Mineral Resource
Development Facilities . including an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (storage of a

maximum of 85 empty frac tanks) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to April 20. 2016 , at
10: 00 a . m . . to allow the applicant to be present per the request of the Board . The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Conway, and it carried unanimously . There being no further
discussion . the hearing was completed at 10: 18 a . m .
This Certification was approved on the 11th day of April , 2016 .
