RE: GRANT BUILDING PERMIT FOR MIKE LUJAN.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mike Lujan has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a building permit
on a parcel of land described as follows :
Pt. of Lot 1 of the Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 25 , Town-
ship 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
Weld County, Colorado. Containing 0 . 686
acres (St. Louis Colony)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13C. (1) of the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations , approval of the Board of County Com-
missioners is necessary prior to the issuance of a building
permit on the abovedescribed property, and
WHEREAS, after considering said request for a building
permit, the Board of County Commissioners finds that said
request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Mike
Lujan for a building permit on the abovedescribed property be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
July, A.D. , 1979 .

Request under Section 13C. (1) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations
for a Building Permit on land divided in an illegal manner subsequent to
the adoption of the current Subdivision Regulations.
Name : Mike Lujan
Legal Description : Pt . Lot 1 of the SW*SE4 Section 25, T5N, R66W con-
taining 0. 686 acres (St . Louis Colony)
Summary
On June 26, 1979, the Building Inspection Department issued a stop work
tag on this property. Construction had started without a building
permit , On June 27, 1979, the applicant applied for a Building Permit .
While processing the Building Permit the Department of Planning Services
Staff discovered that the property appeared to be an illegal parcel.
Further investigations revealed that on October 10, 1975, the 0.686
acre parcel was split from a 1. 002 acre parcel owned by the applicant ' s
father. This division occured without utilizing the proper subdivision
procedures (resulting in an illegal parcel) .
The applicant is now requesting a Building Permit be issued for the
garage. The property has an existing residence on it . In addition, a
residence exists on the original parcel from which the 0. 686 acre parcel
was divided.

liable for workmanship.
In the event construction is not commenced within 60 days of the issuance of this permit,then the same is automatically void. Cessation of
work for a period of 120 continuous days shall also cause this permit to be void.
