SUPJECT: Vocational Assessments and Counseling —BID No: #16000185
We have received only one response to the Vocational Assessments and Counseling Request for
Proposal (RFP). The bid was received from Transitions Psychology Group, LLC, who is our
current provider. A key component of the RFP was the ability of the provider to accept
Medicaid payment for their services. Although Transitions Psychology Group has been a
satisfactory vendor, at this time they do not meet the qualifications of being a Medicaid provider.
We are rejecting this bid and will repost the RFP after January 1, 2017.

**The initial contract period shall commence on approximately January 1, 2017, so long
as both parties are satisfied. The agreement will be for a period of three years.
