Corporation; STRONG FARMS, INC., formerly Herren -Strong Farms, Inc. a Colorado
Corporation and OTIS OREN ROSS, being the parties hereto, of the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, recite and agree as follows:
1. The parties hereto have an interest in adjoining real estate situated
in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
Located in the Southwest Quarter (SA) of Section Four (4) and
the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section Five (5) all lying in
Township Five (5) Range Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P.M.
in Weld County, Colorado
2. At the present time there is an undedicated roadway running in a
south-easterly direction across the above described lands providing access to
and over said lands including Lot Two (2) in the Northwest Quarter (NW14) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW1) located in Section Four (4) Township Five (5)
Range Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P.M.
3. The parties to this agreement desire to create a dedicated easement
between the above described lands and to release the existing undedicated
roadway across the above described lands.
