Dear Mr. White and Council Members:
This is to advise you that at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting on
Wednesday, August 23rd, Andy Petruzzi, Buildings and Ground Supervisor,
appeared before the Commissioners to request approval for the transfer
of sod from his hone to the Missile Site Park for the county's use.
The Board granted this request.
The caretaker at the park advised Mr. Petruzzi this spring that work
needed to be done on the lawn, either through grass seeding or the
purchase of sod. In the near future, Andy will be removing sod from
his lawn to install a driveway and is willing to donate the grass
materials to the county for use at the Missile Site Park. He advised
the Commissioners that the caretaker may be using a county vehicle to
pick up and transport the sod and wanted to inform the Board in advance
to avoid any possibility of misunderstanding on the use of the county
vehicle.
Sincerely,
P4'L.. i-
